ACE Driving & Traffic School Terms & Conditions

MISSED OR CANCELLED LESSONS
ACE reserves the right to assess a penalty if the student can not or does not go with the Driving Instructor for any of the following reasons:

1. Does not have driving permit in his/her possession at time of pickup.

2. Failed to get school's permission to leave school at designated time.

3. Is not at the prearranged pickup address or at the designated time.

4. Misses appointment due to school/personal activity/game, doctor, dentist, chiropractor appointment, etc.

The Driving Instructor will only wait 15 minutes at the scheduled and confirmed appointment time and location. A $40 dollar fee will be assessed to the customer for missed appointments to defray company incurred expenses which include the instructor. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this Policy. The student must pay this fee prior to the next driving appointment. If a DISAGREEMENT arises due to failure to pay any fees, the student may be removed from enrollment. The student or parent must cancel appointments by 6 p.m. the night before the appointment or provide a 48 hour notice if the appointment falls on a Monday.

TIME REQUIREMENTS

SCHOOL ENROLLMENT TERMS

Driver's Education must be completed within 3 months and Driver's Training must be completed within 6 months of their simultaneous enrollment. If more time is needed it will be subject to an additional charge. All Students will be removed from enrollment and purged from ACE Driving & Traffic School system after 12 months of enrollment, whether the student has completed all lessons or not. After 12 months of enrollment the student will have to re-enroll at the full price or attend another school of their choice. If a disagreement arises and parent/guardian or student chooses not to pay the re-enrollment fee, the student will be removed from enrollment and may enroll at the school of their choice to finish their lessons. If taking driver's training only, the student must complete their behind-the-wheel training within 6 months or additional fees will be charged. All appointments are on a first- come-first-served basis. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All Department of Motor Vehicles forms and certificates will only be issued one time. If lost or stolen and a replacement is required, a $40 dollar fee may apply.

SCHEDULING

You may call ACE Driving & Traffic School to speak with a representative, Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. On Saturdays we are open 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. Many of our return calls, and scheduling calls will be made on weekdays between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Appointments for behind-the-wheel instruction are subject to availability, depending on the time of year and availability of licensed instructors. Each student will receive the required behind-the-wheel instruction that includes actual driving along with verbal and demonstrated instruction by a licensed instructor. Note: Students who prefer a female instructor must notify us at the time of setting up their appointments. All appointment times are, “time approximate". Times may vary because of delays in traffic (road construction, weather, accidents, etc.) and delays due to inexperienced or slow-driving students. Availability of classes is not guaranteed.

PAYMENT & FEES

Parent/Guardian agrees to pay the amount due in full for all discounted amounts. If parent/guardian fails to fulfill their payment obligation within 5 days of beginning enrollment, ACE Driving & Traffic School may suspend service and remove the student from enrollment and NO REFUNDS will be given. ACE Driving & Traffic School fees are not transferable to parties outside of the original agreement. All payment arrangements must be made and approved by management only. Minimum down payment of $140.00 is required for all payment arrangements. A payment must be made before the student's first Behind The Wheel, (BTW) lesson. All final payments must be made in the form of CASH ONLY. DMV Certificates will NOT be issued until all payments have been made and checks have cleared the bank. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Students missing and/or canceling a driving lesson will be assessed a fee of $40.00 for each occurrence. Uncompleted lesson(s) after 6 months of simultaneous enrollment date will assessed a fee of $60.00 per lesson and after 12 months will assess a fee of $80.00 per lesson. All invoices will be paid to “ACE Driving & Traffic School" and no other person(s). All check writers agree to pay;
(1) a $30.00 fee for any check that is returned by their bank for, "uncollected funds," or any other reason,
(2) a late charge of 2.0% per week on any past due balance resulting from any payment irregularity, and
(3) all legal and collection fees accrued in the event of a dispute or situation where fees or costs are incurred by ACE.

Check writers further agree to allow ACE Driving & Traffic School to draft their bank account to recover funds on checks returned by their bank for any reason.

ALL PRICES AND FEES are subject to change without notice. Monies are earned at time of payment. NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.

WEBSITE POLICY

This Services Agreement (the "Agreement") contains the complete terms and conditions which govern your subscription of Web hosting, e-Commerce and other Internet-related services provided by ACE Driving & Traffic School. (The "Services"). As used in this Agreement, "ACE Driving & Traffic School" means ACE Driving & Traffic School and "Client", "you", or "your" means you. By clicking on the "Submit" button, signing any invoice(s), or issuing a personal or business check to ACE Driving & Traffic School for payment, you acknowledge that you have read the Agreement, and you agree to its terms and conditions and all policies posted on the ACE Driving & Traffic School site. As referred to in this Agreement, "Site" refers to a World Wide Web site and "ACE Driving & Traffic School Site" refers to the Site located at the URL http://www.acedriversed.com or any other successor Sites owned or maintained by ACE Driving & Traffic School.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By issuing any payment, partial or in full, in the form of cash, check, credit card or in-kind to ACE Driving & Traffic School or any of its affiliates or successors for any of the services here mentioned and/or other additional services requested but not mentioned, the customer agrees and is bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
